At this moment, we offer Standard Shipping or Free Pickup. The customer is required to pay 20% deposit at minimum upon ordering, however advanced payment and special offers are subject to payment in full prior to shipment.

We ask that you check all your packages upon delivery, to ensure all parts and attachments are included. If you find that something is missing, please contact us immediately. Check every listed item on the shipping slip for any transit damage right away before the driver leaves. If your order is too big and the driver has no time to wait, write “Subject to Inspection” on the bill/package slip. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to call us with any problems within 72 hours. We cannot guarantee curbside delivery. The Buyer will be responsible for any shipping costs if the order is cancelled after the product has already been shipped. In other words, the Buyer will need to pay to have the product shipped back to the warehouse. If you need to cancel an order, please do so no later than 24 hours after the order is placed. We cannot ship to PO Boxes at this time. Free shipping does not include Alaska, Hawaii, and outside the continental United States.

The return of any monies is subject to the method of payment. If you pay by credit card or debit, your refund will be returned to the card you used. If paid by check/money order, it will be returned in that same form. Please no cash or other form of payments at any time. We only accept and refund in Credit Card, Check, or Money Order only. Please consult with customer service on the type of Payment we are currently accepting at the time of your order.
The products you order may be returned within 30 days, no questions asked. However, you will be charged the Shipping fee and a 15% restock fee to the warehouse. Credit will be applied to the original payment method, less Shipping & Handling within 30 days after receipt of the return. The Buyer must obtain a Return Order Number from us in order to return the product. The following information is needed to receive a Return Authorization: Model number, Serial number, and Reason for return. This Refund policy does not apply to advanced orders, gift certificates, or prizes.
Universal Exercise Beds have a 40 Year warranty on the Frame. Moving Parts and Mattress are guaranteed for One Year. In case of defect, we will ship you the free replacement Part up to 90 days after Purchase.

 Limit of Liability is not liable for misuse of equipment by either the Buyer or users of the equipment. The Buyer or any users of the equipment will release liability, discharge, and acquits in any such injuries or mishaps in the use of our products from any and all claims, actions, suit, indicted damages such as business interruptions, loss of profits, inability to access the site, typical errors, data lost, information provided by third party under certain jurisdiction, agreement, and liability. Buyers or users further agree to hold harmless and wll indemnify from any claims or law suits arising out of any injuries from using this equipment. Buyers or users fully understand the terms and conditions of this agreement.
